Peshawar Zalmi defeats Karachi Kings in a thriller

 Peshawar Zalmi successfully defended 199 against Karachi Kings to post their first win in the PSL8 

Peshawar Zalmi defeated Karachi Kings by two runs during the second match of the Pakistan Super League's (PSL) eighth edition at the National Bank Cricket Arena in Karachi. Peshawar Zalmi scored 199 runs in 20 overs. Tom Cadmore scored brilliant 92 runs while Captain Babar Azam scored 68 runs.

In reply Karachi Kings could score 197 runs in the reply.  Karachi captain Imad Wasim scored 80 runs while veteran Shoib Malik scored 52 runs. Peshawar Zalmi was in all sorts of trouble at 46 for 4 before a 131 runs partnership between Shoib and Imad brought Karachi back in the game.
