Who is responsible for the rising prices of wheat flour?

 Provincial governments including PTI governments in Punjab and KP have failed to control the price of wheat flour                            

The inflation is really hurting the poor people in Pakistan. The prices of wheat flour have gone up recently. The provincial governments have failed to control the prices of wheat flour. The Nan and Roti have become expensive in last few days. 

The flour prices have risen due to the withdrawal of subsidy by Punjab government and increase in support price for wheat crop.
