Why PTI leadership is holding secret meetings with American officials?

 PTI is trying to mend relations with American administration after accusing it for conspiring against its government 

On the one hand PTI leadership promoted the anti-American  narrative after losing power but on the other hand, it is trying to improve relations with Biden administration. PTI leadership is trying hard to build good relations after accusing the US for conspiring against its government.  

 According to Pakistani media,  a meeting took place between PTI chairman Imran Khan and former Assistant Secretary of State for South Asia Robin Rafael at Bani Gala residence of former PM Pakistan. The media also reported a meeting between PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry and American ambassador in Islamabad David Bloom. These meetings were kept secret.
