PTI in trouble as ECP declared that it received prohibited funding from foreign nationals and companies

 ECP decision has laid the basis for further legal proceedings against PTI and Imran Khan

The ECP found out that PTI received prohibited funding from 34 foreign nationals and 351 companies. 

ECP also pointed out that PTI chairman Imran Khan submitted false affidavit  regarding PTI accounts.

Now government can file reference against PTI in Supreme Court to ban the PTI.

ECP can initiate proceedings against Imran Khan for misdeclaration. ECP also can start proceedings to confiscate prohibited money. PTI received nearly RS one billion from abroad without disclosing the source of funding.
