The five member larger bench headed by senior most Supreme Court judge Justice Asif Saeed Khosa throws out review petitions of former prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and his children. The Supreme Court upheld its decision of 28th July to disqualify Nawaz Sharif and to file references against them in accountability court. The Court announced short order after completing the hearing of the petitions.
