President Trump fired FBI director James Comey

In a surprising move, the president Trump fired FBI director James Comey. The main reason behind this sudden sacking seems to be the ongoing inquiry into the alleged involvement of Russia in the presidential election. The FBI also looking into the allegations of collaboration between Trump aides and Russian officials to change the outcome of the election.

It seems that President Trump wants an end to the criminal inquiry on alleged Russian interference in the presidential election. He wants to put one of his trusted man to head the FBI. The Trump administration was not comfortable with Director Comey.
