Pakistan challenged ICJ jurisdiction in Kulbhushan Yadhav case

Pakistani legal team make it clear to International Court of Justice ( ICJ) that it has no jurisdiction to hear the case of Kulbhushan jadhav' s conviction. The India challenged the decision of a Pakistani military court to hang the Indian spy in the ICJ in Hague, Netherlands . Pakistani representative Dr. Faisal argued that according to the Vienna convention, this court has no jurisdiction to hear the Indian case.

Pakistani lawyers also rejected the Indian allegation of kidnapping the Indian spy from Iran. They said that India send Jadhav to wage terrorism on Pakistani soil. He is a terrorist involved in the killings of innocent civilians. Jadhav was arrested from Mashkel area of Baluchistan on March 03, 2016 on the charges of sabotage espionage activities in Pakistan.
