Landmine explosion killed 10 people in Kurram Agency

A passenger van hit the road side land mine that killed 10 people including children and women. The passenger van was going from Godar to Sadda, Parachinar in Kurram Agency. The rescue operation is underway to shift the injured to hospitals. The military authorities have send MI 17 helicopter to shift the serious injured to Combine Military hospital (CMH) Peshawar.

It seems that members of a census team was targeted in this explosion. Two members of a census team died in the explosion. No group has so far accepted the responsibility of this attack.
