Russia preparing new constitution for Syria

Russian chief negotiator disclosed that Russia is preparing a new constitution for Syria. The Syrian delegation who is in Kazak capital Astana to participate in the peace negotiations also confirmed the news. The copies of the proposed draft was provided to the Syrian opposition to express their opinion on the new constitution.

Both the Syrian government and opposition delegations are in Astana to negotiation a possible solution to the Syrian conflict. Russia and Turkey jointly hosted the negotiations while America refused to participate. The Syrian government denies the existence of such document.
